After a successful career with Hewlett-Packard, Siemens and Umicore Paul Meert acquired international reputation with TMI in Time and Service Management. At present he is mainly active in self, change and no-time management. He is the co-author of the book “The Time of the Customer”, which was translated into French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. He is the author of “Now-management (Instant Quality Management)”, “NO Time? Live NOW!” and recently published his latest book:
