Jos Boonstra
Expert on EU external policy / NATO policy / OSCE.
Jos Boonstra is senior researcher at FRIDE, a European Think Tank with its headquarters in Madrid and an office in Brussels. Based in Brussels, he is also head of the Europe-Central Asia Monitoring (EUCAM) research programme that seeks to offer greater insight into European interests in Central Asia. Before joining FRIDE, he was programme manager at the Centre for European Security Studies (CESS), Groningen, The Netherlands. Boonstra has an MA in International Relations and an MA in History
