Gaspard Koenig is a French author. He is also the founder and director of the libertarian think-tank GenerationLibre. A graduate from Ecole Normale Supérieure in philosophy, Gaspard was a speechwriter for Christine Lagarde, Economy Minister, for two years, and then worked as a strategy adviser at the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) in London.
