Dr. André de Waal MBA is a globally recognised expert, author, and speaker on High Performance Organisations (HPO) and performance-driven behaviour. He is the Academic Director of the HPO Center, (former) guest lecturer at Erasmus University, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Cranfield University (UK), and an advisor to leading organisations worldwide.
