At Google, Daphne worked as Head of Technology & Dealmaking and Ecosystem Development, where she also led Women@Google NL. During this period, she began a personal and professional experiment: what happens when you follow your heart in business? The answer opened unexpected doors to impactful, system-changing initiatives.<\/p>\n
This journey led her to become Managing Director and Impact Investor of The DOWN to EARTH Collective, which started as a documentary \u2014 premiering at the UN Climate Conference in Paris \u2014 and evolved into a global movement. In 2021, Daphne launched the film internationally via a platform she developed herself, featuring an innovative pay-as-you-like model. In addition, she serves as a board member of the DOWN to EARTH Foundation and The Internet Society, where she is committed to building an inclusive, sustainable, and open digital future.<\/p>\n
