Joske Kuut is a speaker, trainer, and author. For over 25 years she’s stood before groups: from young athletes to seasoned professionals. She started as a basketball coach, became an international basketball referee, then worked as a teacher and trainer, and now is a speaker. Those years of experience taught her how to bring groups with energy and authenticity whether it’s ten teenagers or a hundred leaders.<\/p>\n
In 2009, her life changed forever when her brother was murdered. Joske found herself immersed in a world full of judgments and assumptions. It struck her how quickly people are ready to judge without knowing the full story. From that pain grew her mission: to make the Netherlands more judgment-free.<\/p>\n
Today, Joske inspires organizations to judge less and connect more. She does this through keynotes, interactive workshops, and team sessions. Her topics revolve around judgment-free leadership, work happiness, inclusivity, collaboration, and reducing noise and gossip within teams.<\/p>\n
What makes Joske unique is her style: down to earth, accessible, and with humor. She dislikes complicated words, vague concepts, or airy stories. She believes in simplicity, honesty, and concrete actions that people can actually apply. She knows how to bring heavy topics lightly, without trivializing them.<\/p>\n
