Thijs Launspach (1988) is a psychologist, a trainer and an author. He teaches Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. He is an expert on millennials: their mindset and their challenges. He is also a mindfulness trainer and an expert on stress and burn-out. On these subjects Thijs has published Quarterlife<\/em>\u00a0(2012) and The Millennial Manifesto<\/em>\u00a0(2017). His talk on why so many millennials deal with stress related issues has been watched more than 100 thousand times. His next book on stress and burn-out will be out in October.<\/p>\n
