Enrique de Mora studied Biological Science at Universitat de Barcelona and has a PhD from the IESE. He is one of the most successful authors and disseminators of Management knowledge in Spain. He is the author of the best-seller \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Funny-Pop\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, (about the importance of thrill and sense of humor at institutions) and of the essay \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Animaladas\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, about learning executive skills through animal behavior.<\/p>\n
He is an interactive lecturer and has performed in the most important executive forums (congresses about management, executive associations, corporate institutions\u2026). Enrique de Mora also collaborates in management specialized magazines. He has published close to a hundred articles in newspapers and magazines like ExpansiI\u00b3n and Capital humano.<\/p>\n
Fifteen years of experience as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry and ten years in the consultancy area have made Enrique de Mora a management expert. In his professional career, he has gone from management positions to numerous other sectors in the business area such as (strategy, accountancy, team management), and from business to human resource management. This evolution is because, as Enrique says, persons are the ones who investigate and develop products, the ones who create the marketing, the ones who create and implement strategy and the ones who lead and motivate themselves.<\/p>\n
Enrique de Mora has worked with team executives in organizations such as Boehringer Ingelheim, CampofrI\u00ado, Desigual, Deutsche Bank, Grupo Leche Pascual, Orangina Schweppes, Sanofi, Sara Lee, Unilever or Zurich, among others. He enjoys collaborating in companies and executive development, or as he says, renovating enterprises through personal transformations.<\/p>\n
Enrique de Mora is passionate about management and the world of enterprise. His main areas of work are those related with the executive and human behaviour, focusing on leadership, team motivation, communication, thrill and self-motivation.
