Brian Farley’s journey, from baseball diamond to boardroom, is one of the most compelling stories in leadership development today. As a coach for the Dutch National Baseball Team since 2000, Brian guided the team through two Olympic campaigns \u2014 Sydney and Beijing \u2014 before achieving the defining moment of his sporting career: leading the Netherlands to the 2011 Baseball World Championship, the first time a European team had ever claimed the title. The achievement earned him a Royal Knighthood and the Coach of the Year award at the 2011\u20132012 Sportsgala.<\/p>\n
Farley is known as a passionate team coach whose commitment to planning and execution and results is second to none.
