About Kate Sturgess

Kate has a wealth of experience within broadcast television – presenting, and producing programmes in her specialist areas of health, lifestyle, rural issues and fitness. She started her career on the Lifestyle Channel presenting the ‘Body talk’ series before moving to Central TV to co-host ‘Look Good, Feel Great’ for the ITV network. She has also co-produced a 12 part strand for ‘This Morning’ and presented a documentary for ITV and Channel 4 following the British Army’s successful record breaking attempt to drive around the world in 40 days.

This broadcast experience enabled Kate to transfer her skills to the demanding world of Conference Hosting and Business television. Her experience, confidence and skills means that she is at home talking about Brand Positioning with the CEO’s of major blue chip companies as she is getting down and dirty with the boys on the shop floor! This in turn, has lead her to being a highly versatile presenter of Corporate videos and Business TV.

She has tackled topics as diverse as wheely-bins, IT, fire extinguishers, mortgages, cars, chocolate and Jewellery! You name it she has talked about it!
