Roelf de Boer (1949) was minister of Traffic and Public Works in the cabinet Balkenende I, in the Netherlands. October 2002 he was ap-pointed deputy-prime minister. De Boer was employed by the Royal Nedlloyd Groep in West Germany, Saudi Arabia and The Netherlands (Rotterdam and Amsterdam) (1972-1984).
